Postage, Fulfilment & Delivery
To give their users more time to concentrate on selling their products and businesses, eBay will be introducing a range of services to help your listings stand out and make carrier service selection and order fulfilment as easy as pie!
Ebay will be offering multiple delivery options and prices so your buyers are able to pick a service that is perfect for them. Buyers who are looking for items fast will have appropriate listings highlighted with the Fast & Free badge - it means that the item in question will arrive within three working days and does not charge for postage costs. If this sounds like something that would work with your products - check and see if your listings meet the criteria to be eligible for the badge HERE.
If you are one of the many businesses that offer same-day dispatch from your eBay store, you will also be able to select "same working day" for your listings. You'll be able to show your buyer a countdown indicating how long they have to pay for the item before the advised cut-off time. Days saved in your delivery estimates can positively impact conversion. To specify your dispatches, click HERE.
If you are considering selling overseas or already do business internationally, keep an eye on eBay's announcement pages: eBay are partnering with TNT Post to provide a safe, reasonably priced and quick postage service, including tracking and Collect+ outlets. Remember to check announcements regularly to keep up to date with eBay's changes!
